How is this Manchester NH neighborhood?

I'm viewing a craigslist posting for an apartment at 610 Union St, Manchester, NH. I know parts of Manchester get a bad rap sometimes but the interior of this apt is nice for the price. I just want to know if Red Oak is a good property management co. and whether or not I should avoid that area. I would be living in Manchester but commuting to Nashua for work. So mornings and late nights would be spent in this area. I'm looking forward to your responses. Thank You.
