When does disney send out emails?

I was just wondering what time of day, if there is one that disney usually emails informing that you get an interview. Also i heard that disney reviews applications at random, does anyone know if that is true? And if i get rejected, do they wait till the end to let me know or will i find out right when im rejected? Thanks!
