Will Discovery pilot be 2 hours?

Every modern Trek show from Encounter of Farpoint on had 2 hour premieres. I think its safe to say we all love those because it feels like an event and it really gives us enough time to present all the characters and give us a big exciting story. Some of them like Caretaker almost feels like cinematic films in itself.

Now we know Discovery is going to have a much lower episode count than the others and it doesnt sound like the first episode will be 2 hours. But does 13 episodes mean 13 hours? If so then yeah I guess not. Star Trek usually does count the episodes in the season by hours meaning if there were 25 episodes but one was two hours then it usually breaks down to 26 episodes in reality when they just take the two hours and divide them for future airings.

Anyway what do others think?
