Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition PC - EB Games Australia

Wondering if any else has this or not. I have pre ordered the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Atriox Edition back in late Jan. Usually the rest of the cost is paid 4 days before release but this has not happened. It still says pre ordered and not shipped and I haven't paid the extra cost. I have try to contact EB Games with no luck. Just seeing if anyone else is in the same boat.
