Fan Configuration?

Okay, so I have got my new build up and going but I think it may need tweaked so any help is much welcome as my CPU (i7 6800k) temperature seems to fluctuate.

I have the NZXT S340 Elite which currently still has 2 stock fans, 1 at the top and 1 to the rear. Both seem to be factory set to 'exhaust'.

Next I have the NXZT Kraken X52, I have positioned this to the front and I have set the fans to intake. (Fans>Radiator>Case)

Would I be better switching the X52 in reverse of its current config?
