How do you do/ deal with NC when you will inevitably have to see them again (mutual friend group).

HELP. Blocked totally after an agonising two months and him being distant/ hot and cold with me. I know ill have to see him at some point as we have mutual friends and he's now seeing one of them. I'm so scared because everything is still so fucking fresh, and he's thriving and I'm on the floor.
