Xbox one voice chat issues

So I hit an SR of 2995 today. I've found that I climb easier when I'm chatting, but since I hit that SR no matter what I do I can't chat in team chat. It says I'm in team chat and I know the Xbox recognized my headset. I keep getting error 10006. I'm not sure what it means, I've tried googling it but nothing comes up l. Any solutions?
