Extremely slow loads and fps drops.

So ever since yesterday afternoon, I have began experiencing extreme fps drops and load times atleast 3-4x longer than previously.

It was taking 2 or 3 minutes to start the game from a clean boot, now 7 or 8.

My computer, although not the best, was doing perfectly fine(40-50fps on medium) until today, now with the increased load times I am getting 10-20fps in optimization mode.

Also, a couple times last night I was getting the error "error loading files on 32 bit environment, might be a memory error". An error that went away after a couple restarts.

I have tried cleaning cache and user files, tried file repair. Anyone else have any ideas or fixes?
