How to clone an un-partitioned Hard Drive to an SSD

I just got an SSD and want to clone over my OS to the SSD for all the gainz, but I just found out that my HDD is un-partitioned and there is no way (that I know of) to just clone the OS. The "so called" partition for the system is 700gb which is basically all my files and the SSD is 120gb.

Is there anyway to partition the drive or is there any program that can find the system out of the HD and clone that?

I'm at a loss and don't know how to proceed.
