Looking for a place to live, moving the end of February.

We are relocating to St Pete, and it's coming down to the wire on finding a place. We currently live in Ft. Myers, and our lease is up March 28. Do any of you guys have any recommendations, preferably in an historic area convenient to downtown. We're running out of time, and I'm freaking out.
