Fountain pen stores in Baltimore Inner Harbor/Beckley WV area?

Hey guys, I'm taking a trip this weekend and we'll be stopping up in Baltimore near the Inner Harbor. After that we'll be going to the WVU Institute of Technology in Beckley. I was wondering if there were any pen stores near these places worth stopping by? I won't be able to drive so keep that in mind.
