Please help tank paly artifact problems

Alright so I'm a 2800 tank paly looking for the perfect artifacts for this double refinement. I am thinking of using slotted sigil of the devoted, orb of Tiamat, sigil of paladin, and symbol of fire. Any advice would be very welcomed. Thanks Reddit
