Help me find a monitor and accessories.

So I'm upgrading to a 1070 card and I need a new monitor because mine is like 10-12yrs old.

So I will start out by saying that I am not an MLG pro nor will I ever be. I do play games though. Like the division and R6S, I got For Honor with the card because of the deal.

So do I really need a monitor that has gsync, and are their any alternatives for me. I really can't afford a $5-600 or more monitor.

I've been scouring the r/buildapcsales sub and have been keeping an eye on Newegg and others for decent deals.

I'm also looking for a new keyboard and mouse since mine are both a Walmart special.

So I'm looking into the Logitech g502 mouse or the Mionix Castor mouse.

I'm also looking at the Mionix Zibal 60 or the KrBn Mechanical keyboard.

I can post links if necessary, and any help is appreciated.

Edit: If I'm in the wrong subreddit completely let me know
