Question About CONCACAF Champions League

I saw that tickets are GA and only $20...why isn't this a bigger deal? The winner gets a berth to the Club FIFA World Cup...is this because of the team they're playing, or is it because USA Soccer fans don't quite understand the magnitude of a champions league? Not being critical, I'm just curious, as I am new to Soccer but I've been watching for a season or so.
