How do you feel about the lack of support picks? (Competitve)

I'm usually waiting for everyone to make their choice and sometimes I come across these stupid moments.

3 Tanks/2 DPS (One of which is usually a Defense hero) and me just crying silently cause we lack supports.

Now it is possible for a single support to heal the team. However, if that one support dies... the whole team dies. Or the whole team just bitches at that single support for not healing even though all of the enemies flankers are targetting the single support.

The one thing I learned when actually speaking up about moments like those, people don't like it when you say "What is this Quick Play?" lol.
