Corsair support struggling with RMA

Hello all!

Have you ever had any trouble getting corsair to do something you wanted with an RMA? They don't make the product I've returned. They claim that the part they had in stock earlier feb was no longer in stock and I would have to wait til the 16th. Now they're saying I have to wait again. Can't I just buy a power supply and be reimbursed?
