Can't join clubs anymore? D:

Hey Guys!

I just transferred my account for private reasons (from EUW to EUNE). The account is level 30, but somehow I am not able to join or create clubs.

When my friend invites me to his club, it says something like "This player is brand new and can't be invited".

Did anybody else have this issue before? Do I just have to wait or play a certain amount of games before I am able to join clubs on this new server again?

(I am fairly new to Reddit, so I hope this is the right Subreddit to post this. Also English is not my native language :/)
