Missing easyanticheat launcher.dlls For Honor

So I tried to run the game and it said Missing EasyAntiCheat Launcher so i looked it up and apparently my Norton was blocking it and i was so happy to find it in my Norton and unblock Qtfcore.dll but i run for honor again and it says the same thing. So i verify game files and it says 1 file was missing and fixed but it STILL doesn't work even after fully closing steam. I also checked the For Honor folder in steamapps folder and the Qtfcore.dll was in the folder which is apparently the file that is the main problem here but For Honor still doesn't open... I played the beta fine without problems... Also i ran UPlay in admin mode.
