Collaborative Nursing St. Clair vs. Nursing UWindsor

My sister is unsure whether to do the collaborative nursing program through St. Clair then the University, or just the University. I wanna help her out by giving the pros and cons of both, if someone could provide me with some useful information and be as honest as possible (for example, if one or the other is too easy/hard), that would be awesome.
