The Lost Completion Mark for Delirium on Hard Mode

I was playing as Eve on Hard mode and completed the Dark Room. The game prompted me to do a victory lap where I decided why not. During my run I found 9 lives and missing poster which was helpful when you spawn as the lost on your 3rd victory lap. I defeated Mom and the Void portal appeared where I accidentally walked in. I thought I might as well try and defeat Delirium. When I fought him I died immediately (like most lost runs go) then missing poster activated. I then knew this was my last life and gave it my all. Now I have The Lost Completion Mark for Delirium on Hard Mode.
