To many trolls, and blizzard is not doing anything about them

So my friends and I are continuing to have a problem with Trolls in our ranked games which continue to drop our SR. We report them and blizzard is not doing enough to slow this down or even punish those who ruin games for players who want to take ranked a little serious! This is becoming a huge problem and needs to be taken care of soon or the number of people who play Overwatch will decline!
