What in the world is SQLite3, and why is it stopping my game from starting?

Whenever I start the game, I get the error "Plugin 'SQLite3' failed to load because module 'SQLite3' could not be found. Please ensure the plugin is properly installed, otherwise consider disabling the plugin for this project." A quick google search brings up a website straight out of the 90's, something about programming. Not my cup of tea, I shouldnt have anythin to do with that mamma jamma. Anyone know why its stopping me from playing?
