Looking for help with "riskier" invest opportunities

Background of myself:

• Age 22
• Currently in the military so I have a guaranteed paycheck with extra money for housing and food for at least the next 3 years ( just reenlisted )
• Paid off Car
• Married
• 0 Debt, Owe nothing to anyone
• Emergency fund has a little over 3,000
• 10% of my paycheck goes to Tsp (401k)

What I need help with is riskier investments I feel like I'm in a good position right now and still young so I wanna take advantage of it, I have no idea where to start at all or what steps to take.
