Knees hurt after falling off bike

I fell off my bike and awkwardly landed on my hands and knees. My knees hurt so that it's difficult to sit and stand up, bend over or lift my knees (or even walk). This just happened 2 hours ago, I'm icing them now. Is there anything else I can do?
