[routine help] Looking for a product that treats back acne that also heals scarring

I have struggled with back acne since I was in high school and, unfortunately, I never really did anything to treat it, I just kind of let it go. Now I am faced with scarring from all those years of acne, as well as the current breakouts that I still regularly get. I am looking for a product (or a combination of multiple products) that will reduce scars and treat current breakouts on my back. Thank you for any advice!
