Looking for advice on kid's first keyboard/piano.

Hello watmm,

My daughters 4th birthday is coming up and I'd like to get her some kind of "my first piano" setup, so I thought I'd seek some general advice here, maybe some slightly more direct reviews of some beginner keys available.

I've been browsing amazon and I see a few entry-level Yamahas and casios, an Alesis that seems suspiciously cheap and a few others that are all pretty similar really. I think I'd like for the keys to be touch sensitive at the very least, and I'm not too worried about bundled training software/500 random sounds included that might never be used.

I'd like to keep the total cost, including a stand and bench, under 300$.

Thank you!
