band looking to share a practice space in the city

We’re looking for a band to share a practice space with. The space needs to be in the city. We were at Superior St. for years, moved onto a different studio, but that’s going away soon. We would like to move in at the beginning of April, but there’s some flexibility there.

We’d like to share a space with another established band. The space should be big enough that we can leave our gear at least mostly set up. We have the typical rock configuration: bass rig, guitar amp, drum kit. We have our own small P.A. or could share yours.

About us:

• We’ve been together for over five years, so we’re pretty stable
• Three out of four of us have wives and kids, again, we’re stable.
• We won’t play your gear and don’t want you playing ours.
• We’ll pay rent on time.
• We’ll clean up after ourselves, and won’t smoke in the space.
• Ideally we’d like to find a space where we could reserve two weeknights, though we’d often only use one.
