How to ask for donations to my Eagle Project + project advice

Recently undertook the project of laying down gravel for my school's parking lot (very small private Christian).

We need (in the ballpark) of 1000 cubic yards of gravel 130 cubic yards of gravel. Is something like this realistic? Would it be possible to offer something like we pay for the delivery, and get the gravel donated? Plus railroad ties and rebar to setup the edges of the parking lot.

It seems like every project I've tried to do has been too ambitious or difficult or out of reach. My last project was going to be welding shelves for my church but my old troop's SM threw that out.

Is the car park idea even feasible? I'm not sure how much my school would want to pay for, but they are all for it and really want the parking lot. Thanks in advance!
