Pattern Help Please (Illustrator)

I need some pattern help! I'm trying to make these pattern swatches in illustrator so that my client can just take them in the future and apply them however they want. I'm using the pattern tool and I've had to move it around quite a bit to make it work and it's overlapping in a few areas, but I am still getting these tiny white spaces when I zoom in. I went back and added a stroke to the lines, which helped a little bit, but I'm stillll getting these white lines. It might be fine, but I don't know how they will be using them in the future and to what scale. Thanks in advance.
