Can I sell something on amazon for a price less than the market price?

So basically the story is, that my university offers students the plan to have dining dollars i.e money that can only be used to buy stuff from the retail shops on campus.

The thing is, I have a lot of dining dollars ($1000+) and I really dont plan on/cant physically use all of them. I was wondering if I can buy items from the retail stores (i.e Naked Juices, Muscle Milk, Tropicana etc) and sell them online for half price or maybe more (but probably not 100% the market price) .

It's a win win for me; instead of all that money going to waste at the end of the year, I at least get to have some cash on hand.

This is probably a really stupid question and I'd really appreciate if someone with the know-how can answer.
