What's a Decent 4K UHD TV with the Soap Opera Effect?

I truly love the soap opera effect, having seen it in action on my dad's Samsung KS8000. As a college student that can't afford that TV, I was looking at the Vizio M series 55-D0 and the Sony X700D. I purchased the M55, and the picture is great, but the motion seems normal to me. Actually, the M55 has no motion options at all. Does the X700D have the SOE? Are there any other TVs under $700 that have the SOE? I appreciate any help I can get!
