Flying Dragon Proc

Hi there! So i am very new to the monk class but i got 2 sweet ancient shenlongs and built myself an innas shenlong build. Ez 65 grift First try. I discovered an insane boost to my dmg if the FD procs, sadly it seems to be a slim random chance. Is there any Proof on proc chances or ways to make it consistently? Eg a lot of attackspeed? Thanks in advance!
