Hard time finding the right product

Hi

I'm having a hard time finding the right product to sell. I made contact with a few wholesalers but the projected profit margins just don't make sense (maybe I'm not getting a low enough price?). I want to start off slow spending a couple hundred on products and see where it goes. Any advice would be appreciated.
