[ITG/SUGGESTION][CA][Gaming PC for under $1600]

I've been looking on IBUYPOWER for a decent prebuilt computer(know nothing about building/PCs in general and don't want to mess it up), as it was recommended to me.

Background info: Only thing I insist on is the GTX 1070. I will be playing games such as Overwatch and GTA V and would like to run them on above average settings.

Here is the specs of what I've picked out: http://prntscr.com/e9opfu Total cost: $1400 CAD without a monitor (which I need)

Is this a decent PC? If not, can you suggest a better one? If your build doesn't come with free mouse/keyboard then please also include those as well as the monitor. I'm fine with it being on a different site or having a different brand.
