Lets talk about Beleave

They were stuck around $1.75 for months, now in the last two days they've jumped up to $2.50. Their website is down while it gets 'updated'. They don't have a licence yet but they have a lot of infrastructure, media presence, partnerships, and are trying to patent their own strains. Not to mention they have an endorsement from the city of Hamilton, the same city that is cracking down hard on its illegal dispensaries.

They have amazing infrastructure in place, all they need is a license. Perhaps that license is just around the corner.
