I haven't seen this being mentioned anywhere... Are Hall of Fame cards still going to be obtainable from Classic packs?
Classic cards soon to be moved to the Hall of Fame, wild-only set, are currently obtainable from Classic set packs which are, as of today, universally recognized by players as packs that contain Standard legal cards. I believe that being able to open a card that is not Standard legal in packs that are advertised as a Standard legal set packs is going to actually be confusing for new players if left unchanged. I am welcoming of the changes and the introduction of Hall of Fame as an alternative to just nerf cards to oblivion, and of course I appreciate the sweet dust! but this time I am fairly concerned about how they are going to handle the way this cards can be obtained in the future, so that they don't confuse new or returning players.. Imagine a new player in 2018 opening ragnaros from a classic pack and getting super excited, and then head right to the collection to add him to his decks and being unable to find him (remember that default view in the collection is the standard pool).... Maybe a special frame border to distinguish these cards as hall-of-famers, wild-only cards, will help new players to become more easily aware that the card they got is different from the rest of the pack??
