Calling Wheel Experts!

I'm looking at ordering a new set of rims and tires for my 2014 STi hatch and I'm confused as hell! I've read tons of threads but I swear I keep reading conflicting answers on fitment.

I'm on stock suspension and I don't plan on changing that, at least anytime soon. The wheels I'm considering are the Work Emotion 11R in 18x9.5 et38. Would these fit without a fender roll? What size tires are recommended? I like Michelin PSS.

I've had a hard time finding a wheel I liked with a higher offset. Even at et38 would I be better off going for 18x8.5? I'm getting these mostly for looks. I'd like them to be somewhat aggressive looking but not in the "stanced" territory if that makes sense.
