In Dead rising 1 do all the psychopaths respawn ?

I'm playing through the first one on PS4 (had it on 360 but never got very far) and I'm wondering if the psychopaths respawn. I know the convicts respawn but do all of them respawn? Like the killer clown and gun shop owner ? Been looking online but can't get a clear answer.
