Fluval chi lighting

Hey guys!

Just a quick question, I got this light:

I have some Java fern, some moss, baby tears and one other one(low light plant)

Is this light sufficient? I don't use CO2 or any ferts. The plants look like they are dying and going brown. How long should I keep them lit?

Any help would be appreciated.
