Online Chats and roleplaying

I've got a 10 yr old daughter who has her my old smartphone to use to contact me in when she needs too. She's homeschooled and currently in 5th grade by my wife (usually) and myself. I took her phone away as I caught her using it when she's supposed to be doing schoolwork. I took it away and discovered she'd installed discord (chat room app) and has been having my little pony role playing that involves sex (pictures as well) I only know this has after I took it away the notifications started popping up for it. edit I forgot to add the kids she's chatting with all seem to be in high 15 yr oldish. Now for some background that might offer some further insight. As my username is my wife is disabled and has been very sick for a long time and unable to physically do things with her( Take her places, do almost anything that involves physically going or doing something) she's not paralyzed just too ill to move about easily. I also have a 4 (just about 5 yr old son) because of the mobility issues my daughter has and does play the parent role even when we're all in the same room. I'm also working full time and the minute I get home I'm doing almost 100% of the parental role. Since the end of October my wife has been plagued with getting sicker and going in and out of the hospital for weeks at a time. (She's currently 3 hours away in the hospital since mid January with a no set in stone release date) She says it's not effecting her and she understands what's going on but I don't think that 100% true. With my wife in the hospital, her brother have been taken care of by my sister in law and grandparents while I go to work during the week and on the weekend we go and visit my wife in the hospital. (I just started a job and have no way to take time off unless it's life or death sort of thing.)I'm looking for advice on what I should do. My wife is not in a mental state (drugs they are giving her) where a discussion can really take place. I plan to once we're over this hurdle.
