Co op online game like The Division but with realistic combat?

Looking for a game to play with my friend/friends that is actual co op and more than just running around shooting at stuff.

Been playing Pulsar and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes with my friends and love the level of actual co op in them, looking for a game that a mix of that level of co op and the Division/Hitman level of game play.

Any ideas?

edit: Anything like socom works, god that game was amazing.
