Literally unplayable

Logged in to download the update and i get an error code. Says "an error has occurred on the server" and wont let me begin the download. Ive restarted my PS4, and deleted the update and attempted to redownload numerous times. I definitely have space on my hard drive and still, cant even download the update. Any suggestions?
