Polycap Resin Duplication [help me]

Since I can't seem to find any means of replacing my missing polycap and my epoxy solution doesn't work, I've decided to try duplicating a polycap from another kit with a silicone mold.

In regards to the resin being used to make the duplicate, does anyone know what kind of resin would most closely replicate the consistency of the polycap plastic?
