How many TKs does it take to get kicked from Official BF1?

So, yesterday I jumped into an armoured car, the 5 seater one that you can't normally spawn into; and someone takes the turret, then immediately opens fire on the rest of our team. It took me a few seconds to realise they were team killing instead of shooting randomly in the air. So I started to drive them away, but they had already killed half a dozen people thanks to everyone swarming the first objective.

I then got blamed because apparently it was my name in everyone's kill feed, and had to sit through multiple people grieving me and sending hate messages for the rest of that game...

I'm not mad at them for taking to mob justice, I understand why they did it. I just wanted to say, it wasn't me, and why did my name show up saying I killed them when it was my gunner blasting everyone away? And why does it take so long for a team killer to get kicked? You only get 3 TKs in BF4... What's the limit in BF1?

I feel like I should finish by saying that I would have had no problem owning up to team killing had I done it, I try not to get mad when it happens to me because it's easy to forget what uniform your team is wearing and blast someone down as soon as they run around a corner. But I would never just open fire on a large group of team mates for the "fun" of it. Sure I'll talk shit, and fool around from time to time, but I don't get my laughs from trolling people. So, I do feel bad it happened, and hope Dice lowers the amount of TKs before being kicked from a server.
