A silly (and probably dumb) question about DXP

So I keep seeing that it starts at "12:00 UTC" and it wasn't till just now that I wondered, "Is that in 24hr format? and if not is it AM or PM?"

I'm used to 24hr format not having a colon, e.g. "1200 UTC" is what I would be used to seeing, which is why I became concerned.

tl;dr is DXP starting in an hour or in 13 hours from this post?
