[Strategy] Change decks during tournaments
A small tactic to throw your opponents off during custom tournaments is to switch decks occasionally. Many players, especially if you are high on the leaderboards, will check out the decks of players around them. This way, if they battle them, they know what to expect and can react accordingly. You can throw people like that off by switching your decks occasionally. This can grant you a psychological advantage if they play you and are expecting the deck you played before, but you are instead playing something different. The deck changes don't have to be huge, you can switch from playing say a new trifecta to a hog chip cycle deck. Not a particularly big change of playstyle or cards, but you will still throw opponents off regardless.
If you do decide to do this, make sure you are familiar with your decks. Playing matches with a deck you aren't familiar with is a recipe for disaster, and can cost you big time in a tournament.
