Grey screen?

Hello, I have recently had some problems with my tf2 closing. Basically if I want to quit or minimize my screen, a grey screen appears. I can not windows or alt tab out of this screen, nor see my mouse cursor. I basically have to restart my whole computer. Here are some notes

My gpu is a 2bg rx 460 by gigabyte My cpu is a core i3 This issue also happened with other source games

Has anyone else have this problem and is there a fix?
