The new avatar UI has fewer style options than before

Sure, you can turn off some items like the gloves and backpack, but there used to be more style options. The male avatar now has only one choice for bottoms in one color, so no choice at all. The top has only added a new hoodie, but only three of the old styles remain, and none of the old styles have color options. The female avatar also has just one style for top and bottom. The hat/bag/etc. choices are all the same, just a different selector.

Instead of providing a modern color selector there are just a handful of preset color options inconsistently applied. No purple, orange, or black shoes for men. The yellow top is gone, and the hoodie has no green, orange, grey, or black. None of the other styles can change color. The women's top and bottom suit are even more restricted to just red/yellow/blue variants, except for an extra grey option on the bottom. And no green, purple, grey, or black shoes for women either. Still no caps for men, no visors for women. There hair's all the same too.

All the main parts of the avatar that define the look at a glance are pretty much the same. Some new options replaced some removed ones, but it's not a huge difference. Anyone sick of the old red/yellow/blue color options is still out of luck.
