Built a base next to a tiny NPC camp, because of the latest patch I cannot place anything more and finish the base.

"NPC camps now have their own land claim zone to prevent people from building so close to them that they stop spawning NPCs" - PATCH 15.2.2017

I've built next to a very small NPC camp and cannot finish my base (missing like 5 foundation pieces on one side), yet the camp still does not spawn any NPCs. Please make an exception for bases / land allready claimed by players.
