Anyone from NUC ET or EM, OR Anyone from CTN, want to try to convince me to go in either field?

MEPS is saying to go with NUC because it's "more money for you, we need nukes, you can stay closer to home, etc.." BUT I would love CTN because it seems more like what I'd like to do with my future (coding, government job opportunities, computers). Also I've heard the day to day job responsibilities for a nuclear tech after military is boring and repetitive despite the high salary, CTN just seems like a personally more appealing option but then again there's the salary, bonuses, and rank advancement to E-3 that goes along with NUC. I know I should probably go with what my heart really desires but I'd like some input or advice from either field.
